About the Initiative
The Kentucky Cyber Resilience Initiative (KYCRI) is a program operated by the Kentucky National Guard to enhance the cybersecurity posture of state and local government entities, critical infrastructure operators, and private sector organizations across Kentucky.
Through the Cyber Task Force, KYCRI conducts comprehensive cybersecurity assessments that identify vulnerabilities, evaluate security controls, and provide actionable recommendations to improve defenses against modern cyber threats.
KYCRI also organizes training programs and exercises, including the annual Cyber Bluegrass event, to build hands-on skills and foster collaboration between military, government, and civilian cybersecurity professionals throughout the Commonwealth.
